13. Which services of third parties are used?

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will previously be reduced by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with other Google data under any circumstances.

Google AdWords

Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you came to our site through an ad placed by Google, a cookie will be placed by Google AdWords. This cookie is used to determine if a user has accessed a page by clicking on an ad placed by Google. This information is used to compile statistics for AdWords customers who use conversion tracking. This gives us information about how many users clicked on an ad and how many users got to a page that contains a conversion tracking tag.

You can deactivate tracking by deactivating all cookies via your browser settings or you can explicitly deactivate cookies from Google AdWords by blocking cookies from the domain googleleadservices.com via your browser settings.

Payment Providers

We use external providers for payment transactions. This includes Stripe and PayPal. The data processed by the payment providers includes name, e-mail, account numbers, credit card numbers, TANs, etc. This information is required to complete a transaction. However, the data entered will only be processed and stored by the payment service providers. This means that we do not receive any account or credit card related information, but only information whether the transaction was successful or not.
